Glory

There's a border down the Channel
Which isn't all that wide
And the fish are a little crowded as
They cluster on our side,
And they are all so contented ‘cos
We've got our Country back.
I've got me little Union Flag
Me passport's bluey black
( I must admit though there's not
Quite the same air of romance
Since I found out that they've
Been printed and made in France
Still, mustn't  indulge in all
That Francophobic Hate -
I hear the company's owned by
A Senior Tory's Bezzie Mate,
I'm sure in my heart they
Applied every ethical test
And my leader Is my leader
So it must be for the best.)
Should our economy start
To falter, slow and  sicken
Uncle Sam will bale us out
If we eat chlorinated chicken.
Who wants to win a contest
Under the European Banner
They can keep their old pop  trash
We've got good old Rule Britannia.
I'm one of that thirty percent
Who went and voted Tory
You can all lick ‘em and stick ‘em
As Little Britain marches on to Glory.
