See what manner of love,
The Father has given;
Flowing down from above,
From His throne in Heaven.
Why does the world not know,
That do not know of Him;
It appears He will show,
Reasons why some are grim.
Everyone who thus hopes,
Purifies to be pure;
As righteousness that copes,
Awaiting for a cure.
A practice of sinning,
Practices lawlessness;
And no disciplining,
Filling with shamelessness.
You know that He appeared,
To take away the sin;
Who we should have revered,
For the cure to begin.
For no one who abides,
No longer keeps sinning;
No longer darkness guides,
Will be disciplining.
Let know one deceive you,
So practice righteousness;
To be righteously true,
Keep in His graciousness.
The practice of sinning,
Is work from the devil;
Sin from the beginning,
Benefits the evil.
For this is evident,
Who are children of God;
Morally confident,
As to honor and laud.
