KANEM BORNU EMPIRE

I saw those rags you wore,
Calling upon God,
Marrying a billion wives
You too needed land
That whole expanse of yellow sand
Full of floating nylons
And an army of flies
And numerous brands of dirt
And your dumb, lay gods
Making noises of every brand -
At least, some call at God
Or modest cloaks of religion
Your soil is clay
Oh, so I've said -
Those oceans of sand dunes
And expanse of arid Savannah
Your children have no future
Their hope is dashed among your
Alter of gods
And a plan to falsify hope
By religions
Sing to me a music -
An irregular senseless one
That makes you rejoice
Carelessly with your poor food
While raping the lads
Oh, we've watched you naked!
Now, we need, as you do
To lash you wildly
Naked on the reprimand.
