Oh! Gun
Tell me what has happened to the us human,
That we want to settle the smallest dispute with a gun
Seem to look control and in that moment of anger,
Believe to have find that power by pulling the trigger.
Appreciating that we are living in an era of learning and education.
Hence should be in such control in all types of situations,
And so should display some thought and a controlled mind,
Therefore, gunplay should be involved at any moment or time.
As we now see that racism how raised it very ugly head,
And in that process shootings resulted in many being dead
There have been many calls to make gun control a feature,
But those in opposition has vehemently opposed any measure.
Many in position made it a form of political statement,
By getting that message out about an attack on the second amendment
This came off well and so many seem to be in some form of agreement,
And as politicians go, they are supportive of any popular statement.
Then there are places that make ownership so accessible
No background check to see if the buyer, has a history of being unstable,
So, anyone despite the characteristics and reputation
Can at some time be that carrier of some form of ammunition.
In some moments, politicians give us no feeling of comfort.
By the type of this they back with their support
Because they concern is to ensure that reelection
So that whatever the majority wants, is the solution.
Again, why in that age of education and information
Why there is that tendency not the try to reason,
No trying to match wit in discussion even though in opposition,
But to use the gun as the only form of action as the decision.
People should also make that effort to understand.
It is not the gun, but it in whose hand,
That is the person who must make that decision,
To control the use, in that very heated situation.
