This one you love with all your heart
Will be with you each and every day
The love and memories shared

There is no answer for Why now Lord
His decisions we cannot question
Nor be prepared for the final earthly goodbye
When it is our loved one He does beckon
We must celebrate this life
That so deeply touched that of others
And learn from their example
Of the extended hand to each and every brother
They are one, of whose greatness shall live
Long beyond their earthly passing
Their mark left upon this earth
Is one forever lasting
So take comfort in not just who they were
But more in what they left behind
For this life today we celebrate
The greatness of this soul so kind
The love that was shared

The oneness will always live
