AS

 I walk through the forest 
The powerful tree energy
Emanates through my body

The strength of these giants
 Having stood for centuries
Gives US shelter and healing

The Tree's Bark is OUR skin 
The Sap OUR blood
 It's Branches, OUR legs and arms

WE are NOT separate from Nature
For we live and thrive
Because of each other
