A Peaceful Spring Day
A walk on a cool spring day
Is like a breath of fresh air
I don't care if I lose my way
I feel as if the weather's fair
Fragrances from flowers are all around
All the birds are singing is the only sound
Peaceful day it has been
On my face is a grin
I go sit under a tree
A rainbow, I do see
I wonder in awe
On just what I saw
Rainbows are from God
And I am just awed
I look to the flowers
I can stare at them for hours
I bring my Bible out to read
Oh, Holy Spirit, I ask You to lead
It's time to spend some time with God
I will let His Word leave me awed
