An Autumn Day Of Fun
Autumn is my favorite time of the year
There's nothing about autumn to fear
It's time to get ready for the leaves to fall
It's time to go have a ball
Rake the leaves into a pile
Everyone's face has a smile
Time to go jumping in the leaf pile
It's time to have fun for a little while
It's time to take in the fresh air
Let's take some time out for a little prayer
Then let's go sit down and read
And ask the Holy Spirit to lead
Let's read the Word of God
And let the words leave us awed
Beautiful the weather is today
It is sure a peaceful day
It's time to go for a run
And let's have some fun
We can have a little race
We can come back to this place
