When we met it was Sanctuary.
It was day tripping.
We turned it into day drinking.
What an afternoon delight.
A gift that keeps on giving.
Left, faded out as the day turned to night
Wanting more, we were smiling.
Took a trip to a tiny house on a tiny lake.
We watched the Loons drift by.
We heard the Coyotes cry.
Saw the Eagle dive into the water.
Watched as it bathed in the lake.
Tail feathers flew as it shakes.
One and one makes one.
We were together as one.
We were floating in the pool, just the Pool boy.
It's not just pride to swallow.
Didn't mind being made the Boy toy.
Listen, My mind isn't that shallow.
You be who you are.
Let me be Proud and Free.
