Lord Jesus, You Are Special To Me
Lord Jesus, You meet me at my point of need
No matter where I am at, You are there
Lord Jesus, You promised to be with me always
And I stand on Your Word and Your promises
In the storm of life, I will praise You
I know that every tear that I've cried,
You collected them all in a bottle
In this storm, I will worship You
In the day or in the night, You are always there
In the rain or in the sunshine, Again, You are always there
No matter what is going on or where I am, You are with me
I thank You, Lord Jesus, for all that You have done
I will sing in the lowest valley
I will sing on the highest mountain top
And I will never give up for I have a lot to lose
I want to be like David, after God's own heart
I will look to You, Lord Jesus
You made the heaven and the earth
My help comes from You, and You alone
And I will keep my focus on You, Lord Jesus, my God
In the day or in the night, You are always there
In the rain or in the sunshine, Again, You are always there
No matter what is going on or where I am, You are with me
I thank You, Lord Jesus, for all that You have done
You have heard my cry, and You have answered me
Thank You for always being there; thank You for everything
When everyone left me alone and walked out on me,
You came running to me with open arms and comforted me
When my heart was shattered into tiny pieces
You put my heart back together and healed it
When I was lonely; You came and stayed with me
When I cried, You heard me, and You gave me comfort
Lord Jesus, You meet me at my point of need
No matter where I am at, You are there
Lord Jesus, You promised to be with me always
And I stand on Your Word and Your promises
When things were going the way that I hoped
I turned to Your Word for comfort and help
I prayed a Scripture in Proverbs in chapter twenty-one
You came through; You changed the heart of the judge
When things looked grim and I was all alone without anyone
You came to me, and You stayed while comforting me
On that lonely Christmas Day, I sat and talked to You
It was a Christmas that I will never forget; You made it special
I got to spend it with the One who mattered the most
Lord Jesus, You are my everything and I need You always
If I didn't talk to You; I read Your precious and wonderful Word
God, I can look back and see just how far You have brought me
Lord Jesus, You meet me at my point of need

And I stand on Your Word and Your promises
