- Beyond - Somewhere Under Willow -

Remember me, for I am no more.
Think of me, with fondness, make
sure the memories last.

For I go now from this place.
To a silent void in time.
Where no light penetrates the
darkness.

There's no future, no new
horizon or past.

Remember my face, think of those
days gone by.
Smile for me. For this always
brightened up my day.

No somber silences, wipe away
those tears, do not waist your
sympathy, Do not cry.

Remember me, for I am now dust.
Born from flesh, and now I am
an empty shell, with no soul.

I am a dying ember; sperate from
the burning flame.

I am metallic elements, I am
corrosive, rotten. I am rust.

I have gone now. Far away from
every where, from everyone I
know. I have laid down, and gone
beyond - somewhere under willow.

Upon fresh green pastures; a place
close to my heart.
A place of solitude for my spirit.
Here, where this tree will not grow.

Think of us, as times passes by.
Shed no tears for me now, because you
need time to heal.

Simply remember how life was, when
we enjoyed good times.
Smile, and watch as the sun sets.
Feel the warmth on your face and do
not cry.

As I become all but a distant memory.
No longer of the physical realm.
I am part of the whole. I am more
than what you knew.

I have accepted the fact that this
was always my destiny.

Now I have gone. To a place far away.
Beyond, somewhere under willow.
