WINE AND GATES

Saving Grace Is For Moments Like These... (Mediocrity)

Instinct to an announcement
Withheld from days, irony
Intoned one night, a particular relent
To wish the world a good tiding, which we see is mean...

To be a better gift of prowess, than a culture
Of wishes and vagueness per
The tale of handsome worth, alive in the curiosity
Of a stranger decency, than asking was for...

Satisfied by a hand's gesture, is an offer
Of gain and decisions heard...
The been to tell, and the kiss of a laughter
With a real reason, to turn the worlds light on, be it imagination or word...?

Token realization of a happier world?
Sense, peace and the risen right, to understand another
Future, if not withstood here, for a fruition of what would, certainty
Be taking place before us, in the very vice of couth, wonder:

Is a hug with purpose behind a toiling smile...?
Asking for a proof of reasons, or is might's ordeal, all salt's shade?
Where the kind know a love, for what was a reach all the while...
Of a done challenge, for a need to become the vanity we seek, a careful halt's face?

And a whole kiss, with a history for the reach of unity...
Patient and permitted to save, the courage's in a wizening ear
The total of compliance with a friendship, lasting for the silence of sanity's due
That collects presence of mind like the same of a new wish, for what silence's were...?
