There have been many times
Your anger
 Left me feeling disempowered

Each time I allow the words
To affect me emotionally
I am tirggered by

YOUR TOXICITY

I now sit in peace
Trying to rebalance myself
And find my power again

I love you
But value myself enough 
To let go

Your journey to wholeness
Can only happen
When you take ownership

OF YOUR UNHEALED PARTS

I know one day
WE will reconnect
On a healthier level

For change can only happen
From the inside
