Life is not a fair game
dices are loaded and
most of the time
we have no control
on our own lives.
Life is too short
compared to the
age of the Universe
measured in billions
and yet we have to,
as best as we can,
live our lives.
Life is a journey
long or short
with or without
a life-partner
we have to go on
living the life
till end of the life.
Some travel light.
Some carry burden
throughout their lives.
Sometimes the burden
is too heavy to carry
throughout the life
it could even end the life.
Emotional upsets
wounds and scars
received in life
don't leave our past.
They live with us.
they perish with us;
we just cannot
remove them from life.
It's hard to remember
good time of life
and hard to forget
the bad part of life.
We sometimes
love the tears and
let go the moments
of happier times
of our lives
Life is too short
for pain and tears.
We have to grab
happiness from
wherever we can
from our short lives.
Life is for living
we don't have a say,
we can only try
as best as we can,
to be happy
in our lives
because
It's all we have
one and only life.
