A route to longer life is found, Down Occupation Way, Where busy minds forget the time, And age is kept at bay.
On a time rewarding path, Combating boredoms lonely hours, Now filled with art and craft.
It may well be all we get, Get up, get on, live longer, You owe it to yourself.
Oh, don’t move a muscle, might extend your life, No, don’t bother to rise, rest easy, supine, Getting up, such a chore, lay back and recline, Energy saving? Don’t jog round the block, Vitality low? Incentive? ‘You what?’ Too much if a pain to improve your health, You’re well on the way to wasting yourself.
