Can you see me?
Will you sit with me and hold my hand
as I kneel and pray to God
I need to know so may things
before I understand what’s lost.
I want to ask why man must die
in so many terrible ways?
To understand the meaning of life
for every man this day.

when the sun sets in the sea…
and I gaze into the darkening skies
can you God see me?
