My Foundation
Lord Jesus, You are my firm foundation
And You are the light that shines
Oh, Lord my hope and faith is found in You
You make all things new, Lord Jesus
You are my God, Lord and Savior
Oh, You are my rock and hiding place
Wherever You lead, I will follow
You are my protector and deliverer
You are my all in all, my everything
When darkness is all around,
You are there and Your light shines
You are the cornerstone
Let Your light shine for all to see
And I pray that people will run to You
You are my strong and high tower
I will run to You in times of trouble
When I run to You for safety,
You are my shelter from the storm
When I call upon Your Name
You come running to me
You never leave me nor forsake me
You see everything, nothing is hidden
Lord Jesus, You are powerful and strong
I run for cover in You as I trust You
You are my firm foundation
And You are my rock
You know me better than I know myself
And I am thankful and grateful to You
Storms will rage and they will come and go
I will not be afraid for You are with me
I will walk by faith and not by sight
If I see things that I need,
What is there to hope for?
