Dear friends - we must not 
Fret - or let sorrows consume us
When the sun barely shines - and the
Sky turns to grey - for this is the time when 
The seasons are changing - and the 
Wonders of God - are seen
In resplendant 
Display .


What beauty is seen in the
Outgoing Season - when the green
Of the leaves - turn to copper and gold 
And the branches - soon naked - reach up
To the heavens - enshrouded in 
Mist - such a sight to
Behold . 


And - at that time - when the
Harvest - is safely - brought in for the 
Winter - as a bounteous supply - for both
Man and for beast - and when we share the 
Rewards of the hard working farmers 
And the markets - and then - to 
Our plates - as a plentiful
Feast .


O how much we all need 
To say - Thank You - to  Jesus -
The Giver of Life - and for His daily care 
For - He  is  the  the One - who gives seeds
For the sower - and provides all we 
Have need of - with
Some extra  to 
Share .


And so it behoves us 
To say we are grateful - for
The provision God gives us each
Day - instead of bemoaning the things we
Are lacking - or that the weather 
Is  changing - from
Sunshine to
Grey .


And - so it is - at this
Time of Thanksgiving - when
We look back - as the years roll on
By - and we remember - all the goodness
Of the God  of the  harvest - who  has 
Generously given us - all we have
Needed - and more - from the
Storehouse of His 
Bounteous 
Supply .

Thank You Lord for all Your goodness
and loving kindness for us ..

We have so much to say thank You 
for .. 

So much to be grateful for .. and all
because of Your great love for us .
