Too Much Control
Too Much Control
My heart
is no longer
in my words.
No more
artistry.
Have I
given up.
The song
is no longer
in my soul.
Have I gained
too much control.
Lost the emotion
that was
my chemistry.
Lost the fight,
the search
for my alpha.
Half-heartedly
battling this world
alone.
Where is my
companion?
My twin flame.
Have I lost
my dignity
on this search
for my missing half.
I no longer feel
the void.
But I miss
having someone
to share
my sense of humour.
To share
my joy
in life.
