O you have my heart.
Every beat is for you,
every second, of every
waking day, I think of you.
I search for the stars at
night. And a smile brightens
up my face.
You captured my very being
and broke me out of my shell.
I kiss you, and I feel your
warmth. Our souls connected
as we become one.
United in love, a true unbroken
connection.
O my love, my dearest heart.
My very essence yirns, when we
are apart.
I feel lost. In green woodland
we wondered, and upon sandy beaches
we strold; waves crashing against
the brakers, deviders of tide and
time.
This an ode to the one I love.
Pen put to paper, as ink flows
and a river of words floods the
page, as I declare to you my wife,
my unfaultering affection.
I kissed you, stood on stairway
as the world passed us by.
This tenderness, this joy these
memories we hold dear.
As emotion flows from within my
soul. As the stars fill the sky.
Pen to paper, ink flowing to bare
my soul.
