Snow whispers to the child in me
with just a few words to say
As I hook the horses to the sleigh
and slowly slide away

soft radiant glow, and steady flow
hills of white and downy soft chills
perfect pines skirted well
air filled with sound of silver bells

A swift northern swirl rises high and far
Simple gleam of snowflakes
sparkling polar streams
A winter light caress the night
