I will give thanks to the Lord,
Praise the Lord with my whole heart;
And remain in one accord,
In assembly to impart.
Great are the works of the Lord,
Studied by all who delight;
Sought out all to be adored,
For the wisdom and insight.
Full splendor and majesty,
His righteousness forever;
To endure with honesty,
With love that will not sever.
He has made His wondrous deeds,
Is merciful and gracious;
Who has catered to the needs,
That are always vivacious.
He provides food for who fear,
Mindful of His covenant;
For all those who do revere,
Make them to be confident.
He has shown of His power,
Giving us inheritance;
Over heathen to tower,
Succeeding with competence.
His hands are faithful and just,
His precepts are trustworthy;
A judgment that we can trust,
Follow what He does decree.
As established forever,
Performing with faithfulness;
All that He will endeavor,
Done in truth and uprightness.
He sent redemption to us,
Commanded His covenant;
His name is Holy as thus,
Awesome to be eminent.
Fear of the Lord starts wisdom,
For a good understanding;
It endures from His Kingdom,
By what He is demanding.
