I will not keep silent,
I will not be quiet;
I remain vigilant,
For another riot.
For righteousness is bright,
As a burning torch;
As I stand in the light,
This place that God will scorch.
The nations then shall see,
Glory from righteousness;
Because His mouth shall be,
Giving your name to bless.
Be a crown of beauty,
In the hand of the Lord;
With joy in your duty,
That is not ignored.
No longer forsaken,
Because He takes delight;
As He will awaken,
With wisdom and insight.
Be married to the land,
For God delights in you;
Deep rooted where you stand,
And fruitful to pursue.
Man marries a woman,
Giving sons and daughters;
God unfurls His plan,
Breeding by the waters.
