Harry Sweeden. My life in verse.

geishacountrypoetpoetry759

Humanity must choose

Fear as the night sky is frozen in daylight

before the ground below burst into flames

consuming everything that life had once given

destroying the poor souls who bear all the blame.

Politicians may argue about the wrong and the right

but who bears the consequence of their voice?

If the “button” is pressed and we are all fried like chicken

how many of us had a choice?

How can it be that only ONE MAN has the power

to destroy us all at a whim?

One human being can decide all our futures…

how can humanity possibly win?
