My Poetry

Our Redeemer

Spring reminds me of the Crucifixion
Spring is the renewal of nature
When everything comes back to life
It reminds me of Jesus' Resurrection

Fall reminds me of the Death of Jesus
He went to the cross to die for us
All of nature starts to go to sleep
For the long winter is just ahead

Easter Sunday is just around the corner
Oh, what a glorious day to remember
The Death, Burial, and Resurrection of Jesus
And the hope and redemption that came

Our Saviour died for you and for me
Let's thank our Saviour for what He's done
He saved you and He saved me from destruction
Our Living Hope and Redeemer came for you and me

Lord Jesus took our place
He died for you and me
Let's be thankful to Him,
Our Living Hope and Redeemer

Easter Sunday is just around the corner
Oh, what a glorious day to remember
The Death, Burial, and Resurrection of Jesus
And the hope and redemption that came

Jesus, You showed us the greatest love of all
You are the King of kings and Lord of lords
Thank You, Lord Jesus for taking our place
And thank You for loving all Your children
