Dead Rows

Remember us at Verdun

Silently in rows we sleep.

Loved ones they walk around

Memories their hearts do sleep

We're the dead men of yesteryear

Of history so shed a tear...

Yes, remember us at Verdun

It seems like only yesterday

that we laughed and then we died

But still, we have our pride.
