So special
Indeed memories can cause pain
Even mixed with the joy that they contain
It hurts to know the ones with whom they you shared
Have take their life and gone from here
As you ride the crest of that wave of success
There was one person on whom all the was able to exist
That strength those moments of support
As she goaded you one to make that effort
Always there to extend that helping hand
As the steps got unsteady, and knees got wobbly and want to bend
How you were steadied not allowed to fall
Hold you up ensuring you stood strong and tall
Those encouraging whispers in those ears
Be brave, be strong as I am always near
How those encouraging words neutralize those fears
Was the right absorbent from those forming tears
What a person who was so remarkable
How she got things done was like a miracle
Changing a situation seeming so hopeless
Into one that exhubes such joy and happiness
Then feeling as though her job was done
Happy to take that dance in the morning sun
One day she looked at us smiled so sweetly
Closed her eyes and took that journey to eternity
