The mind shall let you know when the time has come
The body will sing in harmony with the song
When that moment has arrive to get
Ready to ride off speedily into the sunset
Do no wait up until you can no longer
Perform the task with prior years vigor
Seeing now that it is now taking a bit more time
And it is looking like a struggle a grind
The should now to you a warning sign
That it is time to have a shift in paradigm
There this could be that informed decision
That could save a type of embarrassing situation
Do not let the change in the economic climate
Let you the inevitable try to procrastinate
And not see that changes in physical condition
