 God's Love Through Poetry

Love Gave Light 


Love died on a tree one day
gave the best sacrifice ever known 
so we could walk beside Him 
and our sins would be atoned.

One drop of this precious blood
covered all darkness Satan could find
before His final breath He said 
It's finished that broke satans bind.

He ask us of only one thing 
for salvation is free for all
that we invite Him into our hearts 
when He calls.

By going taking His love that we
give light in this dark place
so the world can love Him also
eternally with His amazing grace.
