Thankful For A Rainy Day

Tangerine blossoms against a
salsibury black blast sky
gives the smell of rain
as I watch the drops fly.

Thinking of thanks eack
blade of grass and flower say
as the scorhed land drinks in
God's moisture this rainy day.

Turning from turquoise to vivid green
before my eyes this quest could be seen
I was enjoying the watering of
God's gleam.

May they be more days
that show such a colorful sight
the changing of the seasons
in all of it's array.
