Poetic Verses
The New Language
What joy such beauty in the speech of a language
How one is captivated by poetry in it's usage
That great admiration in those well crafted text
Used in such a manner that the listener wants to hear what is next
What imagery is there when one open that vocabulary
Selecting words, phrases to communicate so effectively
This can create an atmosphere do astound
As some of the ideas are stimulating and yet profound
But one has to be tactful in those word usage
Believe it or not this can bring out some people rage
As a voice tone may imply to them that they are dumb
And in someway to them, you may be talking down
There is such a tendency happening here of late
That it does not take much to get someone irate
So be careful in the words chosen when communicating
Because it may be interpreted by someone to be offending
But what is happening even more and quite sadly
The degree and intensity and popularity in the use of profanity
On the television, conversations and when walking on the street
Those ears shall hurt at the level of profanity there to greet
This is now like an epidemic,very quickly spreading
Believe me they are now used by the children
Well it is those adults whom they quickly emulate
Therefore clean up that act if only for their sake
