Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11

She can finally rest after so long in service

Once again with her beloved by her side

I watched from afar on TV so tearful

Her Majesty, my Queen had just died.

Charles our King stood proud yet so mournful

the pain etched deep in his eyes…

His mother, our Queen the mother of our nation

had given so much of her life.

Now we as a nation must mourn of her passing

remembering into history our loss

Her Majesty, The Queen….Elizabeth 11

may you rest now in the arms of the Lord.
