New Clowns
A circus trying to hire clowns are having such difficulty
Because they can now see a path to get a bigger salary
No more jumping up and down somersaulting making funny faces for children
There is a bigger audience comprising the gullible and simpletons
Now that that the job has elevation and a party affiliation
Does not have to present a resume, experience or any qualifications
No interview process not even waiting for selection
Nothing like that is need we not even a job description
Comparing with the circus performance is to a small audience
In this one the world is amused by your antics and actions
And the more you display your clown ship to the base
There is no doubt you can climb more poles in the race
It is quite noticeable the there is just one criterion
Just massage, flatter and stoke there go of a particular person
There is that upliftment by his touted foolproof endorsement
And that company of sycophants would give you encouragement
Time to say goodbye to those hard hours working for pittance
Imagine having an office, staff and a six figure salary, one of such substance
Allowances, big businesses backing, what a change in estate
And just those conspiracy theories pave a road to the senate
Yes circus some day you will have to come around and understand
That the political arena and the senate have taken over the clowns program
Not now so green and there is a walker at those gates
There will be universal laughter all United in the states
