Bless God, Father of our Lord,
Because of His mercy and grace;
Living hope to who have adored,
Resurrected to see His face.
An incorrupt inheritance,
Unfaded and undefiled;
Kept in Heaven after penance,
Adopted being His child.
The power of God is guarded,
Through faith for a salvation;
Will be revealed when rewarded,
With being a new creation.
Rejoice for a little while,
Until your faith are being tested;
Grieving from a tempted trial,
As the Father has invested.
Of your faith more precious than gold,
Not perished when tried through fire;
Revealing for Christ to unfold,
Praising glory to require.
You love Him although as unseen,
For your faith has made you believe;
As what is now and what has been,
Of salvation you will receive.
For your faith that you have obtained,
Gives the salvation of your soul;
Of eternal life as obtained,
In letting God to control.
