understanding uniquely unfinished...
Echoes Of Forgotten Dreams
Long lost from my conscious mind,
but then, to my surprise,
the night sent streams of distant dreams
before my weary eyes.
Triggered by entrancing sounds
that echoed soft and low,
I then re-traipsed through old dreamscapes
of many years ago.
Their re-appearance made it clear,
my dreams were still ongoing,
with mystery endings still impending
and my wonder growing.
Can there be hidden messages
in cryptic dreams that speak,
as guiding lights that spark insights
into the dream's mystique?
Once we're awake, we tend to take
their meanings to extremes,
and analize the whats and whys
of long forgotten dreams.
