Three men and a baby plus two _
A family group strolls by perrotas to a
breakfast bar on shields near the cairns esplanade.
A toddler in pram with three middle aged men
plus mum with post natal spread walk close by in
attendance, it would seem a blended family.
They stop at steps on the footpath where all
three men grab lift the stroller from front back and side.
The group finds a table setting, the child in
a high chair at the head of the table, mum
sits the other end furtherest from the child.
An animated woman with shadow friends
follows at a distance such is her sickness.
A verbal monologue with one hand clapping
calls out will she or won't she go, so she does
to chair sit closer than mum facing the child.
Orders placed, breakfast served, thempla find delight
in the future spoiled centre of focus child.
To the rear the animation escalates
as those three men take turns to feed the baby
while mum and plus two enhance this surreal scene.
