Like a shimmering mirage. The Earth's atmosphere bends rays of light. Seemingly causing the sun to appear to be rising and bright. Causing what we term day break. As it ascends to its zeneth.

Then as the world turns. It descends low until its appears to set. Appearing to sink into the bottom of the ocean. Perhaps to warm the oysters as they make pearls. All an illusion like the transitory life of this temporary orld.
