Genetically Inclined towards Homocide

Neighbors, nor anyone else is safe in their communities. From their vulgarity, larceny, profanity and obscenities. They will kill both friend or enemy.

From their rampages siblings nor parents are granted any heredity immunity. Only a punishment of lineal brutality. Morally, spiritually, mentally and totally whacked.

Teenage murder maddened maniacs. Were they born mentally ill and completely out of their minds? Are they biologically and genetically inclined to commit the crime of homocide?

Or, are they simply a clear and
normal sign? The manifestation that
we are living in the last days of time?
