A metaphoric poem.

Lightening has no appointment book
To strike at places and at what time.
Striking at its will indiscriminately,
It destroys it all in the shortest time.

Cross for vampire and holly water for
The possessed body, garlic for Dracula
Might work well in the made-up stories
Lightening just destroys without stories.

Faraday's cage is the only safe place
Where the lightning cannot touch you.
So hard to find such a cage in our lives
The lightning destroys if it chooses you.
