Rise up O God - and 
Let You enemies be scattered 
Let Your voice be heard - through all
The earth today - let the mountains shake
And Your people rise up from their
Slumber - and proclaim - that
God is ready - to take His
Bride - His Church
Away .


O Bride of Christ - let 
Us be ready and expectant 
For the trumpet sound  - that will 
Herald back - our soon and coming King 
Be ready - with our lamps ablaze - 
And  oil  overflowing -  for the
One - who's coming soon
To claim us - for 
His own . 


For - we are told - by 
The  very  mouth of Jesus - 
That He  is coming  back  for us -
One day -  when - the world is partying and 
And  feasting -  as in  the days of Noah - 
When the floodgates opened wide
And swept the multitudes 
Outside the Ark -
Away . 


The Ark - a Refuge  from 
The mighty deluge - that cleansed 
The world from all unrighteousness - on 
That fearful day - in time - when God declared 
' Enough ' of all the evil and perversion 
When man had turned - their
Hearts and faces - far 
Away from Him .


But now - the Cross stands 
High above the chaos - as a strong
Refuge - for all who bow before the One 
Who gave Himself to set us free - and broke
The power of sin and Death forever - 
And - through repentance and
Forgiveness - opened up 
The gates of Heaven 
For all who will 
Believe . 


And so - dear friends - let
Us be ready for our Bridegroom 
Jesus Christ - our Saviour -  with our
Hearts and lives - purified - by His precious
Cleansing Blood - let us be filled - with
The oil and power of His Holy Spirit -
Surrendered to His will - and 
Obedient  - to His
Faithful Word.

Amen .
