6 mins to go...

The feeling of utter emotional collapse
When you see the net ripple
the referee points to the center circle
the fans erupt, the stadium explodes
the players run over to the corner and celebrate
A whole seasons campaign finishes in a split second
BUT! its not your team!
you stand there, heart falls into the pits of your bowls
eyes fill with tears, but they just wont come out
worse than any woman living you
woman can be replaced, but football teams are there forever
alone, yet not alone you stand and realize the dream is over
compelled to another season of misery
all because of that goal
That destroyed your faith and left you heartbroken
A goal with only 6 minutes to go!!
