Spirit - Yes you - from somewhere there beyond this life of mine.
Hear me as I call to you - from somewhere back in time.
Are you just the same as me - with failings human still
Or has our evolution taken your free will.
Do you hold the heart of one to whom you are most dear
Do you know of happiness - can you still shed a tear.
Do you feel the wonder of your sweet child's` embrace.
Do you feel the sun and wind and rain upon your face.
Do you believe that God exists - do you still kneel in prayer.
Are your temples Churches still - do you still know He`s there.
Do you still grow old with time - lines etched on your brow.
Are you still of human mould - if not - what are you now.
