Young And Beautiful. (Parody Elvis-Young And Beautiful)
A parody on Elvis`s `Young and Beautiful` but about my mum and dad. xxx
She was young and beautiful
She gave him all her heart.
He gave her all his love to hold.
They said they`d never part.
The children came, their love endured
Through storms and floods and tears.
They held on tight to tenderness
Throughout so many years.
Then God came and he was gone
And she was left alone
While still so young and beautiful
Her heart was turned to stone.
The kids grew up, grandchildren came
And she was growing old.
One day she smiled and said goodbye
Her love story was told.
And now they`re young and beautiful
And will forever more
Hold each other tenderly
On that golden shore.
