its unique design, its universal meaning,
its power, its relation
You know me, if you know of yourself
of your people, your heritage,
your kingdom, our wealth
You know me, if you know the screams of justice
for people of color, for our seeds,
for the lost spirits that haunt us
You know me, if you know of the power of truth
the message, the bond, the resurfacing of our mighty roots!
