Frosted Roses
Fragrance of care collapsed in our embrace,
A solitary place-
far from life.
I make a wish for never-before time.
Chimes- of love stinging the air.
I stare- at your inside.
I cry, because I've never held the hand,
Of a human who spoke such words -
That covered every area of the heart.
The art- of the frosted roses that surround,
The sound- of your kiss.
Your lips- heal the brokenness.
In the midst of the frost,
You cross- the line-
and decide, to whisper beauty in my ear.
It's clear- that I want this moment to find no end.
