The spring breeze that grazes
Past the spiral hanging branches
So tall and elegant you stand alone
In a place you have always known
You have seen time pass
ButI do not know if tree years pass fast?
The valley that engulfs you
Keeps your secret so honest and true
The stream has been your constant tears for years
But I do not know trees fears
Hundreds of seasons have come and gone
But I don't know if trees really belong
Do you have a beating heart?
Behind your skin of bark
The branches answer my thinking
About a mysterious knowing
With the tranquilly of your meadow
You tel me your the beautiful, enchanted, willow.
