We hurtin out here
struggling to make inns
and support our families

We hurtin out here
battling inditements, courts costs
sentences and attorney fees

We hurtin out here
poor employment, lack of opportunity
haters within our circle, enemies in our community

We hurtin out here
losing hope, while gaining troubles
problems consume, as infliction doubles

We hurtin out here
with poor guidance & no where to turn
no escape, no peace, for death many yearn

We hurtin out here
Almighty God, please here our plea
bless your wild children,
shine your light for us to see

We hurtin out here
trapped in misery and deception
have mercy on the lost
give relief to your thug nation

We hurtin out here
man, woman and child
longing for a better life
caught up doing wrong, forgetting how to smile

We hurtin out here
in a society designed to fail
allow us not a useless existance
Deliver us from the hands of poverty and hell!
