Hands that reach to touch me
With love that calms the sea
Hands that reach me from above
Bringing all my thoughts of you
Hands that reach me from afar
Soft and tender seeking warmth
In every corner of my heart
And cries for you day and night
Hands that reach to touch me
Thrilling me once more
With tears of joy and pain
Attached to my memories in the wings of time.
