 THE TRAVELING LIFELONG BUSH POET

The Trip Beetle ( From my children poems)

Have you ever seen a trip beetle
He's such a clumsy one~
He takes two steps and then he trips
Landing bottom up to the sun~
Rolling over again away he goes
Upon his clumsy way~
Tripping and rolling over again
All through his eventful day~
But he is always smiling
And does not at all seem to mind~
That half the day he's the right way up
And the rest of it he's bottom up you'll find~
I was told he likes his life because
It really makes him laugh~
And seems to make all in the garden happy
To see him going up the garden path~
Good morning ..whoops .. hang on
I'll be with you in awhile~
That's better .. whoops .. sorry once more
Whoops .. sorry .. glad to see you smile ~.
