How to erase history!

Seasons of my life

Why Do We Stand?

I'll Always Be There!

Rainbows in My Mind

Rainbows in my mind of the summer days
lost in memory’s golden haze.
Days long past of places and face of a
time when all things seemed to rhyme.

School days that passed in a flash,
football games, prom dances,
swimming holes and lifelong
friends to dearly behold.

Then the drums of war drew many a
young man to a far off Asian land.
Death and destruction was their
fate, and the ones who survived;
dark memories they will have to
eternally abide.

Upon returning…things seem darker,
the reality of war had taken its toll.
Life went on, but the innocence of
those early years were gone.

Now time has slipped away, but
the colors in rainbow seem to stay.

For me, the sun is about to set
for the last time, but that’s all right,
for the rainbows in my mind takes me
back to those younger days, when life
was as bright as those colorful rainbow rays.
